In 2018 I started my own project called Home Selling Support due to a lack of ethical standards I faced while working in sales departments (Real Estate). It was clear that in this industry money is often more important than people. It doesn't resonate with me: once I quit a well-paid job in the alcohol industry because of the same reason.

Having a Master's degree in Psychology, I have always been driven to people, willing to help. So I started questioning if Real Estate can actually be ethical?...

By 2020 Home Selling Support has grown so much, so we have had to say Goodbye to it and continue as Marble St. keeping the same attitude but on a larger scale.

Not every buyer is a professional negotiator. As soon as a Real Estate Agent says HELLO, he/she starts qualifying you as a buyer asking indirect questions to find out what your budget is and how desperate you are to buy.
